Can’t open the app

It automatically closes when I click on the app, I’m deleted it and reinstalled and still doesn’t fix it… Any suggestions?

Dependability is non existent here

I have been using this app on and off for some time now and it’s incredibly hit or miss. I was excited to finally get an update a couple of weeks ago. Upon installing said update the app won’t even open now. It’s been two weeks. I have the latest OS. Will someone please just make this work the way it’s supposed to???
