Scanning improved
Been parking here for a long time. I’m a rewards member and initially scanning was intermittent. Scanning has improved, personnel state that new kiosk scanners have made a big improvement. I love not pulling a ticket anymore and with my card on file I’m able to use the express lane with no wait at the window. I just scan the app gate pass and the gate automatically lets me out. They email my receipt.

Doesn’t Work Well with iOS 15
Don’t try to use this for anything other than scanning your card at the entrance and exit. Nothing else works well. Ancient code that hasn’t been touched in over two years.
Difficult to use
I was happy to see the availability of this app, but after trying to use it I deleted. As you try to scroll though dates, etc you cannot see information have to scroll blindly then look to see if you have what you have in correct. At State for license I got so frustrated I just deleted app.
Latest release a huge step backwards
I'm a regular customer so finding the bus at the airport is pretty simple. So why does it want "always" access to location services? It would be ok for when I use the app, but not always. Therefore, 1 star for the fumble on location services.
That mistake is a huge problem for me and I hope they fix it soon.
Won't affect my use of their services but definitely my rating of the app.
