App doesn’t talk to desktop site
So I have been a user of this app for over a year. I did not know until today that the app does not translate to the desktop. I was scheduled for a shift at one of our other facilities which should have shown up as different color in my app- it did not show up at all and I would have missed the shift entirely.

Amazing!! My favorite work tool!
I loooove this app! I have a to y team of 5 and this app makes my life so much easier.
The support team reached out within the first few days just to check in. Truly seamless, even my older employees who are not that tech savvy can operate the app and website easily!

Location
Have to go in the garden out the back of my work place to clock in, never lets me clock out. When trying to clock out, always shows error “you are not permitted to clock in at this location”. Most frustrating app I’ve ever used.
Edit issues
You really need to update this so you can edit shifts like sick leave holidays etc because you have to go to the desktop site, and that is absolutely awful on mobile
Really app for our business
Just need to add shifts making it easier from the app which it doesn’t allow and also clicking on desktop version from the app is horrible. Overall the software is very nice and better then all other scheduling software.

the ui is horrendous, nothing is intuitive, just feels like our management decided to cut costs and chose this because it was the cheapest option out there

Top of the app blends with the Iphone island
With the latest update of the app I have noticed that the top blends in with the Iphone’s island in the middle as well as the clock and battery icons. This makes signing in and out very difficult as you need to catch the right angle. Hope it’ll be sorted with the next update
Brilliant app
Find all your shifts with a finger press. Clock in/out put holidays onto your rota plus shifts you’re unavailable to work. Use the app for personal privacy and run the desktop version alongside to see personnel on shift plus events/messages from your manager. Brilliant.
White screen since new update
Iv had a white screen since the new update when loading and the screen stays white with no text
Locking notice board
Don’t use notice board. Can’t get out, have delete app for bout an hour or so then reload the app.

This app makes my life 100% easier!
We have been using this as a team of 30 on a busy Care home and it is fantastic. Really easy to change, download and share. Staff can pick up extra shifts and we can invite agency workers to join and pick up shifts. Love it!
Total rubbish
Load of rubbish. Has replaced a perfect system we had previously and I beg management to dump it a.s.a.p.
Not working
This app was updated yesterday and it no longer works. It just shows a calendar at the top, no schedules, no way to access desktop. Please get a patch developed to fix this . My staff rely on this app for their weekly schedule.
Worst app ever!
This app keeps logging me out all the time despite requesting to keep logged in. So much hassle.
Push Notifications are Great!
The app was just updated and now provides updated Push Notification feature. Quick way to send out message to some or all staff in one easy process. Also a quick way to advise staff of change of shift and fantastic message board feature. Well done!!
No iphone X theme
It is not supported to iphone x theme which means it is lack to the regular updates and upgrades
APP CRASHES
Not able to use APP properly as it Freezes when I try to read notifications & things. Frustrating!!!

I hate having to go to desktop view for my schedule the app is very confusing. Not user friendly.
