App doesn’t work with watch and also not updated since ago time. While running the application and pair the watch apps closed automatically 🤬🤬😡😡😡

The app is very pathetic, too many stutters and it keeps crashing (in an iPhone 17 Pro Max). Half of the features don’t work. It uses too much battery. To be honest, the fireboltt watches aren’t good. Both of my watches just stop working after some time and I’ve to replace them. They have flashy features with 0 reliability.

The watch is good but it is calculating less distance than i ran about 1 km & about this app it is disaster when i try to connect watch it open camera and shows continuously loading but never connect with watch.also customer support is poor

Hi. I’m an owner of a fire bolt watch 2nd time. The last watch I has used the app da fit. This watch’s app is very bad. The app randomly starts lagging. It has a lot of bugs. Even the watches of fire bolt are not good. Both of my watch’s had to be replaced after 5months because both of them stopped working randomly. The apps and watches of both fastrack and noise are so much better. My sister’s 3 year old watch still works perfectly fine from noise. Even my other watch which is a fastrack works so good and better than this fire bolt.

App, Device discovery interface goes black and goes hanging forever. Unable to discover my Fireboult Ninja pro max- forest green!

This is an app of glitches that doesn’t connect your watch at all, they are just fooling users. Instead of launching new watch, you should fix the app first.
