Unable to change watch face even after multiple efforts

Hi. I’m an owner of a fire bolt watch 2nd time. The last watch I has used the app da fit. This watch’s app is very bad. The app randomly starts lagging. It has a lot of bugs. Even the watches of fire bolt are not good. Both of my watch’s had to be replaced after 5months because both of them stopped working randomly. The apps and watches of both fastrack and noise are so much better. My sister’s 3 year old watch still works perfectly fine from noise. Even my other watch which is a fastrack works so good and better than this fire bolt.

App is non functional
I ordered Fireboltt 4G pro. The watch face doesn't download and install on the watch. The GPS function does not work and the track doesn't show in the app. Total worthless product and worthless application. Totally disappointed.

App doesn’t contain controls of the watch not even notifications control is there every single alert gives irritation implement this control
Nothing in app, tue app is like fake page/ website
The app doesn’t have any option , can’t change watch face , the watch is completely 200 rupees Chinese watch they have given there brand name just in watch , build quality is very cheap.

Pathetic Brand
I ordered an Asteroid smartwatch. The product I received is damaged. I raised a ticket for replacement/return on the same day that is 5th July. From that day till now I have not heard back from anyone despite multiple calls and no support has been provided. The ticket is still idle and there are no updates. Fire-Boltt is a company being run by robbers. Pathetic and brand and pathetic service. Also, I observed single star reviews are not even being counted on the website. 😂

BT connected. But Add Device isn’t working and hence no dial face updated. Calling works. That’s all that works.
