App Not Working
I just set up the app yesterday and have attempted on multiple occasions to use it, both in the store, on my phone, at the main counter with assistance from staff and on one of the ordering machines in the store. It refuses to work.

This place is top notch. In saying that you do need to make sure for delivery orders or pick up orders make sure to check your food. I have had my fair share of individuals not understanding me when i request or taking into consideration allergies. I still love this location and will always go back but just wanted to give a heads up.

Can’t Oder through app
I am so frustrated with this firehouse app as someone who supports them so much. I’m unable to place orders through the app I’ve tried adding my Amex and it keeps saying payment error, I also tried the Apple Pay option and it still keeps giving errors. You guys need to do better and fix this. Went to the store and they won’t even let me use coupons because they say I have to order through the app BUT IT WONT ALLOW ME TO ORDER THROUGH THE APP.

Amazing app for take out orders. Easy to use, always works well. Excellent sandwiches!
Delicious food and great service
We’ve ordered pickup from here a few times. People are always pleasant and the orders have always been correct! There’s Nothing worse than getting home and missing an item or receiving the wrong item. The seasonal turkey and stuffing is a personal favourite, followed by the hat trick. The boys in our family all love the meatball sub.

Great place for a sando
My only complaint with the app is that it will tell me that I’m “far away” from the restaurant, when I’m standing in the store.
