Great to find deals

Firehouse Subs has come on the scene and has quickly become our favourite sub shop. I always use the app for the deals and the rewards points. There’s always something there worthwhile to use.

Love love love this one! I wait all year for it to come back. Hubby’s favourite is the New York Steamer!

Pretty good app

Never any issues logging in or order, easy to read menus!

Terrible Experience

Points never load, QR code doesn’t load, payments never go through (credit or Apple Pay), and you get locked out for “duplicate orders” for 5 minutes that never go through with a laughable error code “order failed”.

Been like this for months, and the review responses show quite clearly that they really don’t care about these issues.
