App doesn’t work
Love their subs but the app is stupid, the rewards program is actually useless, have to spend so much to even get a free cookie. And every time they give me a promo or something I apply it at checkout and it never actually works or takes any money off. The app is glitchy as hell and limiting. Stopped going here souly because how dumb the app is and the useless rewards program

I really appreciate the nutritional info about each of the menu items. I have to be on a restricted sodium diet, and I can find a way to splurge a little bit and still stay within sodium limits using your app to tell me sodium content.

Hot garbage
This app is trash. Wasted 30 minutes of valuable time trying to redeem my free medium sub and kept getting the same loyalty validation error over and over again, even after making the needed changes. Finally just gave up after going inside and getting no help in there either for the problem. As a regular customer this is a shame. Firehouse definitely needs to fix whatever is going on with this app issue.
