Hidden delivery fees
For the record realizing today that you are charging delivery fees twice in each delivery order has been quite irritating. I believe what’s being done is dishonest, sneaky, and greedy. And I personally do not approve. There is no way this could be explained to make it understandable however I’ll bet there are a list of reasons why this shouldn’t be happening but those were overlooked to side with greed. Pasco Manager-Shannon’s gotta go!
I eat Jimmy John’s year round. I eat the brand everywhere I go & in most cases I love the employees who represent this chain. Last week I called because a mistake had been made on 2 sandwiches previously using my rewards & I was told a credit would be made available (thx very much) but told when I wanted to use it, just call in. A few days later I called but after relating the incident for the credit to the manager, I was told she found no such credit she stated after relating what sandwiches I’d purchased & on which dates, frankly she saw nothing. She knew nothing about it. I’m retired but I worked sales for years & on no occasion, have I ever spoken to someone like she spoke to me,…with an attitude thrown in. I stopped by a few days later & an employee said he could ck the computer up front if I’d call the store, & yes, he was able to see I had a credit & he kindly took my order. Every business has its issues but I also know the problem usually starts at the top. In this case, if Shannon speaks to her employees as she spoke to me, then Corporate needs to make a management change at this store. If not, I’ll take my sandwich business down the street. I’d hate that because I really like the kids who work here but there’s been way too much turn over here this year. Shannon needs to go!
