Notifications never work right
The app is generally decent except for the fact that your notifications never ever work. Invariably I’ll have finished my sandwich that I picked up… It’s 30 minutes after I picked up the sandwich… And I’ll get a notification that says my sandwich is ready to be picked up. Lol
Can’t redeem deals
Every time I try to redeem my deals I’ve earn the app keeps telling me can’t load deals try again later??
Payment issue
Need to fix the payment issue you can’t even pay at all
No customer service, deliveries take too long
Sandwich took and hour and 15 minutes to get delivered and it wasn’t delivered by jimmy johns, they went through Uber Eats. Rewards points are entirely useless, you have to spend over $100 to get a free regular sandwich. Overall complete waste. DoorDash is faster and has better customer service and there is no point in downloading the app for the rewards

Terrible Delivery Service
Ordeing through the app has been the least reliable of any other I’ve used. I’ve had 3 unexplained misdeliveries/ no shows this year, and they still use the same 3rd party delivery
