Terrible checkout process
The order process went fairly well. I was able to search through the menu and customize the sandwiches I way I wanted… but the checkout process was a nightmare. It took 4 tries to get it right. Apple Pay didn’t work and there was no add another payment option. Then it kept asking me for contact information but it would not show the fields that I needed to fill out.

Tons of Ads
Tons of ads upon check out. Totally ridiculous. Would give zero stars if i could. I’m trying to buy a sandwich i don’t want to have to decline half a dozen “offers” from companies that have nothing to do with making my sandwich get a grip

“Card declined”
I have no problem with other food-ordering apps, but this one always declines my card, whether I use Apple Pay or a card directly (same is true on the website). I also don’t see any way to contact anyone for help.
Promotion or deals
This is a great app overall. I have noticed that this app does not provide the most accurate updated deals when ordering food. If you go directly on their website or order through the Web base, you will get a more accurate better deal. This problem needs to be resolved to reflect the latest and greatest deals. Also, the locations are not always accurate. I still enjoy eating there, but it would be great if the app will show the most accurate and updated deals.

Kind of buggy
There have been several times where the app will just not let me place orders for reasons beyond my knowledge, and while initially wondering if it was due to my bank account and stuff like that, I found that the issues were specifically with the app. While it claims that there are issues with billing addresses and zip codes, there was not a single issue with those, nor has there been in the past. I don’t care all too much, but like come on. I just want to order a sandwich.

Ads after completing a purchase are a bad look
Its a fine app that i’ve used for years. A recent update added advertisements for third party products that you have to click through after placing an order for food. This needs an opt-out configuration option if you’re going to leave it in the app and gamble sales revenue in the hopes of getting more back in advertising revenue.

Can’t redeem rewards
I have a lot of rewards and can never use them. The app is awesome. The deliveries are fast and accurate, but the rewards program is absolutely horrible.
Auto add tip
I really do not think an auto tip should be applied to fast food situations. There is no service to tip for- making my food??
Watch out for location
I chose the location I was parked in front of but the app sent it to one 10 miles away. I didn’t realize it. I waited and waited then checked and felt bad because I had to call the other location to cancel my order. Obviously they had already made it! Sorry but the app changed the location.

App works great but they added random ads that try to sell you completely unrelated things like an Audible membership every time you order.

Terrible app every time I try to use it my payment doesn’t go through with Apple Pay.
Apple Pay never works
I’ve had this app for a year and updated it multiple times and the Apple Pay feature always fails. It has not worked once. So frustrating, I deleted the app
Order updates aren’t timely
Last two times I ordered on the app, I received notification that the order was received, but never recd notification that my order was ready. Both times I went in the store anyway, and learned it was ready. Then about 15 mins later, I recd notification that the order was ready. Very annoying!
