The fact that they “can’t” toast the originals 1-6 because they don’t want to “burn” the bread is such an excuse.

Overly complicated menu. Why are there three different tuna sandwiches? The original, one without cheese and one toasted. Those should all just be options und one menu item. Seriously hire a real UX designer to simplify things. All the sandwiches are customizable so just make a checkbox option for toasted.

I was once a General manager and trainer for a successful JJ franchise in Louisville, Ky. My current career has brought me to Casper Wyoming. I still frequent JJ’s everywhere I travel. Casper, WY JJ’s is by far the worst JJ’s I have been to in the United States. The last time I was here they were out of two different types of meats. Every time I have been in Casper JJ’s it is consistently dirty, the bathroom is gross, the soap dispenser is completely messed up and always has a puddle of soap on the floor. The dispenser must be backwards because I can not even fit my hand in slot to get soap. Tables are always dirty, the floor is always dirty, they often have disinfectant spray and dirty towels on the countertops by the register, shelves are never stocked and the place is a mess. Rarely do they have more than two people working (even sometimes in peak hours). Today I ordered a 30 piece catering order and 30 mins after ordering I got a call asking if I could push back my catering order two hours because they needed to stretch bread. If a store can not handle 10 sandwiches on the fly, what are they doing? I guarantee if you look at their sales today has not been their biggest day ever, etc. etc.. the three people that came in to order as I’m waiting for over an hour for my 30 piece were told that they would have to wait a while because there was only two people working and they had a large catering order. This is completely not the Jimmy John Way. I am not sure who the area manager is in this remote part of the country, but they should be fired! I took photos of you would like them

Push notification every time I drive anywhere near a JJ location that there’s a “location near you” with no option in IOS or the app to turn them off. Obnoxious, especially when I pass one on my commute, and get gas across the street.
Rewards
Your app and my email tell me I have rewards constantly. But then when I go redeem the rewards it’s not valid, which is fine but then it won’t let me remove the reward. I have to then start my order over. Figure out the rewards. Give them to me or don’t, but either way making me repeat my order makes me order less food every time because I am so annoyed by the time I’m checking out that I leaving my first review ever. STOP MAKING ME REORDER. Thank you
