Minor problems
Can’t edit the orders to toast the sandwiches- turkey tom sandwich specifically, but I think it’s an issue with other sandwiches.

Terrible App
This app is practically useless. You can upload gift cards to it in order to order ahead for pick up, but unless you hold onto the physical gift card, you will not be able to make payments once the value of the gift card is less than what the order costs. They’re also isn’t even an option to split payments so that you can use the remaining balance of the gift card and then pay the rest with cash or credit card. You can’t even scan the gift card from the app, like others allow. so the money just sits on the app. It’s completely pointless.

Too Many Push Notification Ads
I love the app, but recently started receiving push notification advertisements. I had to turn off notifications even though I would prefer to keep them on for orders.
needs the ability to enter a note with your order
why am i not able to enter any free form text with my orders? very odd to not have that in place.

Bad options
If I use my points i cat modify the subs and get charged extra for the modifications. It won’t apply the discounts from using points. I don’t like the options as is. Let me modify things.

Point value changes
They have now downgraded point values and free anything is more points. Hard pass on my information for a free sub after spending a ton of money.

The App so bad I almost skip the fantastic sandwiches
I cannot tell you how many times I’ve ordered a pick up order and for some reason it orders in a different state that I don’t even live in have never been to. I’ve never ordered from never step foot in. I’ll go into my recent orders recent addresses recent everything all of my account details and I see nothing of an address related to the store it sends the order to. You’d think at minimum the app would flag an order for pickup that is over 700 miles away. I’ve had to call over 6 times to cancel and get a refund. Will no longer be using the app which means no rewards and less eating at jimmy John’s for me. Oh well.

This review is for the app, unlike everyone else reviewing the food. It’s way too complicated to just place a single order. Refine the app, actually just redo the whole thing. I’d never spend this much time placing an order. Ridiculous.

I absolutely love JimmyJohns in Duncan, Sc they’re so clean, the crew there is so respectful and nice always when I go in. The food is always fantastic and those workers have my food ready really fast! My wife and I love eating there and highly recommends visit there.
Food great, app meh
I have several problems with the app. First if you have a prior order and want to reorder it you cannot use any promotion you have to start the order from scratch. Second if you want to save a sandwich from a prior order to your favorites there is no way to do that. The food is still worth it but I feel that it is intentional to make it difficult to use any discounts. The same applies to using points. You are not able to apply them when you hit order again.
