Order on my iPad did not allow items to be put in cart. Had to order using iPhone.

It puts you in a loop if the payment fails and if you change it it puts you in time out for 5 minutes.

Firehouse Subs APP
The Firehouse Subs App will not properly upload onto my iPhone and therefore only gives me partial info. I can see my points but it would not let me use them for my free sub today. Also, I cannot get the app icon to show up on my iPhone screen. I don’t want to delete it for fear of losing my points. Other than that; I love your sandwiches and your staff is always so friendly.

Expiration Date Vanishing Act
Overall, love the app!! Especially when I have offers to save money! Only thing I don’t like is that the expiration date for points disappeared a while ago. Yes, I know I can figure it out but it made it so much easier and worry free when it was clearly displayed.

Scam
Firehouse offers a 50% off discount for your first online order. I got my email and pressed the link to activate my discount and got directed straight to a “no offers available” notice on the site. Nice way to get people to download your app. Unsubscribing and deleting.

Subs were great, staff was really nice and got my order out super quick! Lovely.

This app is so inconsistent and so unreliable that it makes me question why even bother. I know why because the food is so good but the app is absolutely flaming terrible!!
Error messages abound! Despise this app.
What good are the deals if app won’t permit one to apply the deals.
I come in phone expecting to be able to place an order and to no avail; what a dud of an app.
It doesn’t work correctly. It freezes frequently and then of course the people behind the counter God bless them, they will inevitably get your order wrong as this happened so many times in the past.
