We love firehouse and the reward system is awesome. I gave four stars because we do have some problems with the app and glitches. Not bad overall, but a pain in the butt sometimes.

In my office we usually would try different foods but when they mentioned Firehouse Subs, it’s been our go to ALL the time!!! The food is always amazing. I can tell they make it with love too. I will highly recommend when you have no other choice lol

The quality and consistency is always superb at this location and the store team and management are very professional and always go above and beyond for customer satisfaction my family enjoys the food very much and especially have had great compliments when we have had catered items for celebration. Easy to use app
We order Firehouse every time we come back from out of town. It is always ready for us to pick up. The bread is fresh as are all the veggies. We’ll never go back to Subway.

Our sandwich was great as was the service BUT..
We ordered a hook and ladder and paid for bacon….lo and behold when I got home with the order…..there was no bacon on it. Attention should be better paid to the finer details BUT everything else was good.
