Deceptive App
The app is very deceptive with their deals. The advertise deals when they are not available. Their support chat line will never connect you with a live person, instead they will send an email response to your chat line in 24-48 hours. When you build up enough points to earn anything, you still have to order something because they can’t accept a completely compensated item. Example - build up enough points to earn a free sandwich, you still are required to buy something (donating to fire stations doesn’t count) to be able to redeem the rewards you have built up to. Wild. Terrible business practices based on a business that is supposed to care about people and the community.

Problems with Delivery Orders
Can’t place a delivery order because they try to charge your card the wrong amount and then the order gets automatically cancelled because of it and it’s the same on the website
Good Food and Great Employees
Everyone is so nice and the store is always clean! You are greeted with a smile and although the line may be a little long, it is to be expected because the food and service is amazing!!!

Good Enough But…
The app is fine, but it is frustrating that the cart is emptied if you need to change location. Also, the ingredients are difficult to read on mobile because of the size and style of the font. But the sandwiches are great so I’ll continue to use the app!!
Won’t let me pay
Something’s wrong with your app. Won’t let me use Apple Pay or a credit card. Keeps coming up with an error message. I have to go into the store to place the order.
