unusable on IOS 26
The app is essentially unusable on iOS 26. It is impossible to log in, and the buttons often do not respond to taps at all. The interface freezes and basic functions don’t work, making the app impossible to use. Please fix the compatibility issues with iOS 26 and improve the app’s responsiveness.

Today is mid-May 2022. My in-laws are a mixed family of both Ukrainian and Russian decent. Over the last 14 years my wife and I would send her parents money whenever we could do so, just to help them bridge that financial gap between eating or not eating….. Unfortunately with this war raging sending money to their area of Ukrainian has been impossible because of sanctions. Today I found out about FirmPay, and transferred money to their card directly! It worked!!! No gimmicks!!!! They received the transfer within minutes and now they can go buy food. Thank you FirmPay for not forgetting about the common people… the people that want to live in peace…. The people that don’t want to see human suffering and love their neighbors and family. Fast and easy money transfer
The process of sending money to my family over sees was as easy as several steps. The app was very straight forward and easy to understand. Definatly going to be using it more to send money abroad to my family and friends.
Transaction fees are too high, Not recommended
Transaction fees are to high, for example to transfer $400 you will have to pay $12 transaction fee, meanwhile you can use other fast money transfer companies which will cost you only $5 ( for $400 transfer) and recipient can get the money right into their card in the same day.
