Financed here over 2 years ago been getting screwed with high interest rates 29.99% .. was told I would be able to refinance after 6 months well 2 and half years later still paying off my current loan and they refuse to try and help me refinance for a lower monthly minimum.
Basic app failures a 10 year old could fix
Had to reset my password and to do that you go through their website, which offers no known character limit while resetting. In the app, in order to enter your password it MUST be 14 characters maximum. Im now stuck with a password i cant sign in with and i cant reset it until after the payment is due. Thanks, unreliable.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
The Reliable Credit employees are extremely rude and disrespectful. They threatened me and harassed me for multiple days. Extremely poor customer service! DO NOT FINANCE YOUR VEHICLE WITH THEM. This company is an extreme rip off and I will no longer be doing business with them.
