Poor technology all the way around

The online banking site is bad, the mobile app isn’t much better. And they don’t seem to care.

Quick login

I can no longer use Face ID to quickly sign on no matter what i do

Worst banking app

This app doesn’t work more often than it works. Someone needs to fix this so people don’t switch to banks with apps that do work.

Updates? Never heard of them!

This app has been the same for 5+ years! No updates, no improvements, no taking feedback from customers. There’s no way to see history and half the time it doesn’t let you log in. I’m moving to a new bank just because they refuse to update their mobile and web banking.

Not good

The app is similar to the bank’s online banking system in that it’s just not very good. It seems very outdated and is annoying to use, and is like a relic from 2002.
