Deposit feature
Depositing a check is more difficult than it is with any of my other banks. It demands an email to send a receipt to instead of auto filling my email. I filled it out correctly about five times before it finally accepted my email address. It appears that the issue was that the first letter was capitalized and they wanted all lowercase. That is just way too precious. Please make the deposit function on the app easier to use.

Overall it is fairly user friendly
Banking with First Bank has overall been great. Their app is decent. The only feature that I wish that it had is depositing checks via photo.
Worst bank app I have ever used!
I despise having to use this app. The worst app I have ever used and by far the worst bank app I have ever used! I am thinking about changing bank strictly because I hate their app so much!! Typing in the password is ridiculous and I get it wrong and have to change my password every time. When on it it’s not user friendly. Very outdated. I can not say anything good about this app and the only reason I have them as a bank it their people and I don’t have many options where I live now.

Lately
This App is always messing up, logging me out and not recognizing my information and password. I’ve changed my password three times and have the same problems constantly. Very irritating. I just deleted the app. Smh.
Horrible
Can't even log into the app. I'm using correct credentials and it simply tells me they're wrong. I'm able to use the exact same credentials on their website just fine but not the mobile app. Very annoying! Hope it's fixed soon.
Terrible app and software
First Bank makes everything harder and as annoying as possible. I have to ask people to pay in multiple checks to deposit on multiple days to stay under daily limit and deposit on different days. Online bank payments have to be made over consecutive days to stay under daily limit. The software won’t let the bank update a daily limit for certain customers.

A Bank barely!
Zero for performance, numerous times you cannot even get online for weeks on end.
I’ve been banking here (Mira Loma) for over a dozen years, why I don’t know. They nickel and dime you with little fees and they offer absolutely nothing (no interest rates) for using our money to make money for themselves.
They don’t put any of it back into the maintenance of the bank. For the longest time the vacuum system didn’t work on the drive through the ATM machine out front they just removed, there’s only the one in the back in the traffic lane, the clock isn’t working inside, most of the time the clock and temperature out on the corner is not working and for a while the drawer wouldn’t even operate in the drive thru.
The staff is very nice but it’s a bare minimum, not what it used to be, most times the manager is not there.
The management or owners need to reevaluate their policies, procedures and protocols.

Depositing a check
This is the 3rd time i am depositing a check and twice it was declined. I signed it first and put For mobile deposit only at First Bank, my Acct number. The 3rd check I put “For deposit only at First Bank, signed it, Acct number on the 3rd line. I was depositing before with my signature first and it goes thru.

Easy Easy
The app is by far the easiest friendliest business app that I use, uncluttered and great contrast, and straightforward options. Once I saw the “+” button for transfers, I have been completely satisfied with the app. You may want to make it more visible for the new user to find. Thank you!

Love this bank
I’ve been with First Bank since they took over my bank and that feels like decades ago. They said then, “We aren’t going anywhere”, and they haven’t! They’re very helpful and what I like best is I don’t think about my bank!! The best feeling!
Face ID
Face ID rarely works. I have it set up but when I logged in I am always asked to put in my password and then I have to check Face ID again but it never takes effect. Very frustrating.
