I can’t access the first bus app on my iPhone 7+ iOS 15.8.8 please fix this problem as soon as possible
Can’t even sign in
You need to sign into the app to buy tickets in advance. But if you’ve got an account, if you try and sign up you’re taken to a page to create a new account.

i really feel for you if you have to put up with this awful bus company. they never get the times right, lie about busses turning up and refuse to let you know that a bus has cancelled. busses disappear and reappear on the map non stop, and itll tell you your bus is coming but it never comes. worst travel company i have ever had the displeasure of using.

Can’t track any buses since the update - pretty much my only reason to use the app!
Awful update
Apparently I’m in another country. Also when I do finally see my area there are no busses and only shows my stop not the ones before so I can see bus coming. Please sort it out

It won't let me sign in in my new account
In Valid Expiry Date
Even though we are putting a valid debit card expiry date when trying to purchase tickets on the app, we are receiving a invalid expiry date. Grateful if this can be fixed.

Why change something that worked
This upgrade does not work anywhere near as good as the previous version.
Incorrect times and tracking for buses
There seem to be “ghost buses” on the tracking as they appear and then disappear when theyre near your stop, this app is so unreliable that i might aswell rely on the written bus times which are probably decades old. I would rather not see more buses on the map but see the buses which are DEFINITELY coming. 1/5 stars

The app FORCES you to say you’re from Worcester because the people who made it want to screen you over and get you lost

Having the em app is great, tell u how to get from A to B & what time the buses are. I couldn’t an be without it!
