Backward step
I used to just open the live webpage to view when my bus was due or expected at my bus stop. Great. No, that simple service is no longer published. I have opened this App to find that this live information is unnecessarily more complex and buried in the map bus stop icon. And then you have click on the bus live data. This next page is a) unreliable and b) displays the scheduled time and then the ‘mins due’ if it’s due within 45 mins. This is confusing as you can’t tell whether the next bus is delayed or on time. If you’re like me, you have to then count on your fingers to find out what time that the bus is actually due. Poor effort. Thank goodness I’m lucky enough to have a bus pass ( shame there is no capacity to scan the pass onto the app)- having seen some comments about purchasing tickets on the App.
Next whinge. I’ve just spent 10 mins trying to log this feedback in the App. What hell is that, trying to wade through the maze of drop downs to describe the feedback is time I will not be able to recover.

Difficult to get a decent range of bus times at one go, I managed 3 times only , useless if your not sure of your arrival. Why dont you get a list of say 3 hours so planning is easy

Both myself and person I’m trying gift tickets too have new app and gifting option isn’t working and first won’t refund money for it

Poor UI
This is one of the worst travel apps I’ve ever had the misfortune of using. My service switched from stagecoach to first and I know immediately I was cooked. Buses show up late or not at all. The app is impossible to navigate. I cannot tell what ticket I even need because of how many options there are. Nothing makes sense, planning is nearly impossible. It’s easier to get a bus by just going to the stop and looking at the timetable and buying a ticket on the bus than it is to use an app designed for convenience and efficiency. It needs a major overhaul in ease of access.

What was this update even for??
After new update the interface is awful, it looks cheap and messy and the tracking just doesn’t exist anymore.
Logs you out constantly
It logs me out of my account a few times a week so I can’t access my ticket, you need data to use your ticket. All just seems like a scam on an already very overpriced yearly ticket, I do not recommend
Unnecessary update
The recent update doesn’t give live tracking of bus as one can have a visual of where and where the bus is. Really not call for as I find this update one of the worst decisions made by the team.

No tracking function
Despite uninstalling and reinstalling several times since the last update, there is still no real-time tracking function. I use an iPhone 14, so it must be the app, not the phone. This is so annoying as you cannot see when buses are due, other than through the timetable which is not always accurate.
