What have you done, man!? Was absolutely fine the way it was. Just takes longer to see when the bus is now, not kuch use when in a rush. Change it back, rapid.

They’ve changed again for no real reason and surprise surprise made it even worse. Go back to original version, it was miles better.

They’ve changed again and the original version is still, by far, the best haha!
Changed so live buses aren’t shown together, just next st that stop shows. So you need to press another button to find what one you’re after for real time tracking.
Genuinely used to be so good this app.
Please stop changing it for changing sake.

The buses are now totally your luck whether they are shown or not.
Buses count down to leaving time then just disappear from the timetable and don’t show up.
Some buses show x amount of mins away, others show the time ie 203pm arrival.
Just been getting steadily worse as the updates come.
How anyone can vote this 5* is absolutely beyond me.

Now useless
Tried to access tickets on the app. Message telling me that I need to update app before I can buy tickets. I have the latest update. Just going round in circles between the app and the App Store. Tried removing app and downloading again. No joy.

What a fantastic service, just what we needed.
Tickets don’t scan
Updated the app recently because my monthly ticket works absolutely fine on first buses but doesn’t scan on the D&G buses…both buses use the same machines and scanners so don’t understand why the ticket still doesn’t scan after updating ???

Backward step
I used to just open the live webpage to view when my bus was due or expected at my bus stop. Great. No, that simple service is no longer published. I have opened this App to find that this live information is unnecessarily more complex and buried in the map bus stop icon. And then you have click on the bus live data. This next page is a) unreliable and b) displays the scheduled time and then the ‘mins due’ if it’s due within 45 mins. This is confusing as you can’t tell whether the next bus is delayed or on time. If you’re like me, you have to then count on your fingers to find out what time that the bus is actually due. Poor effort. Thank goodness I’m lucky enough to have a bus pass ( shame there is no capacity to scan the pass onto the app)- having seen some comments about purchasing tickets on the App.
Next whinge. I’ve just spent 10 mins trying to log this feedback in the App. What hell is that, trying to wade through the maze of drop downs to describe the feedback is time I will not be able to recover.

Routes out of date
There’s been diversion in Glasgow city centre for months, but the app is not showing the diverted route and any replacement stops.
Please fix this so people will stop waiting in a stop for a bus that’s going another way
