Fix the app!
I used to love this app until I noticed one day I wasn’t getting notifications. I tried to go into the app to check my settings and it says it can’t establish a secure connection. It has been this way for months now! I can access card guard through the bank app but I still don’t get notifications even though the settings say I should. It’s worthless.

Can’t use the app anymore
This bank over all has been a hassle. First can’t get me an online banking account, so I had to resort to using this app for all of my card usage to check balances etc Now I can’t even use this app at all, but still can’t use the mobile banking app either. Dealing with first financial has made me want to switch to a completely new bank after using this same establishment for over 10 years.

Password Reset Requirements
It makes you reset your password every few weeks but the my major gripe about is the resetting process. It took me a while to figure it only wanted it total of 8 characters. Even though it stated at least 8 characters (At least one uppercase, one lowercase, 1 number, 1 special character). I don’t see how limiting the amount of characters is going to make our accounts more secure. If it wasn’t for this then I wouldn’t have complained.

Was working now not
I haven’t been getting notification transactions lately and not sure when my cards are being used and where and when they are used. Sometimes I’ll get a transaction notification in the middle of the night for something I purchased earlier the day before. Please fix! Then 5 stars
Saved from identity theft
Absolutely love having this app! Immediately notifies me when my card gets used. Someone had gotten ahold of my information & this way I was able to immediately call to shut it down. Has definitely saved me more than once

Wont let me sign into the app but the bank app works for me

Love this app. Saved me last year with identity theft! Love that I can use my Face ID to get in. Super easy
Crap
Face ID does not work. Now it tells me my password is invalid or it just sits there. Pure junk.
Annoying
So every time I go into the app I have to renter my password and answer the beginning questions. Every. Single. Time.
