Complete Trash
The new update completely ruined the whole app. They made the whole things so much worse and way more difficult to use. It’s complete trash now. There is no way I will be able to understand using the app now. Complete trash way too much way too complicated I shouldn’t have to search and search to get to my transactions just to no long understand how to read it all when I do find it. Absolutely furious.

So user friendly and the customer support is top notch!

Supposed to let me know when I either pay or receive 100.00 or above and I get nothing and my SS was deposited today and I was not notified

Navigation difficult
I have to scroll through ads I cannot dismiss to access my account information. Visually the AP looks like warning tape. The navigation is not intuitive.

I enjoy the ease of using the First Financial Bank mobile app for keeping tabs on my account. Occasional updates to the app have added additional features.

I really enjoy the First banking app. But, I liked it a lot better before they changed the bill paying section. This new method is not intuitive at all and is not well organized.

Blocked Account
I had $4000 in my checking account. Last Friday I added another $7000. It was my intent to wire $6500 to a friend of mine in Pennsylvania to help pay for his mother‘s funeral. The person investigating my wire request, said that he saw entirely too many red flags, and he thought that this was a fraudulent request. I got frustrated and told them to just cancel the wire and put the money in my checking account . Then I found that my account was blocked and when it says what date it would become unblocked, there’s a series of numbers that is just gibberish for me. As of this afternoon, my account is still blocked. This is my money and I can understand why you can choose whether or not you want to participate in sending a wire for me, but you have no right to keep me from my money.

No my local bank
I started banking with Cedar Stone because they were a local bank. I got to speak with local people who cared about my needs. Since the switch to First Financial, I have gotten no friendly neighborly. I want to help you help. I will be switching banks to another local bank because of the customer service. I cannot speak to anybody locally unless I physically go into the branch, which is unacceptable. Mika, Derek, and all the people at Cedar Stone Bank. I miss you and I appreciated your Customer Service over the past seven years.
