Wish they showed transactional balance

This app is easy to use however, this is the only banking app I have that does not show a balance after each transaction. Really wish Fifth Third would consider to doing this.

Problems with facial recognition

The facial recognition feature has really let me down and it’s totally unexplainable. When it first came on I had no problems with it. Now it always kicks me out and when it lets me on, I’m surprised because I’m not doing anything differently when it chose not to let me on it’s so frustrating and annoying!!!!
