Cannot login
Constantly getting error messages when logging in. I can log in just fine on my computer, but what is the point of having an app if it’s unusable??? It’s been like this for a month now.
Can’t set up autopay on credit card without going into a branch or having the payment past due.
I swear region seems like one of the worst banks around. How could you possibly lack such fundamentally important features? I want to set up auto pay on my credit card and they tell me I have to go into a branch to do that. Every other bank in the universe allows setting up auto pay with online banking or with the mobile app. Regions doesn’t allow either. What nonsense.

Inconsistent!
There is always something wrong with this app, especially lately. Even now, I’m unable to login, and there is never an explanation 🤷🏾♂️so sick of this app
Worst mobile app by far!
The app always goes down and proceeds to tell you it’s unavailable at the moment try again later…
Or I’m trying to unlock my card but the system is unresponsive and won’t allow me so whatever I needed the money for just has to wait, it’s even worse when your in line trying to pay but the system just won’t get right causing you to have to step out of line…

I had a bank account of this bank as it’s not letting me in as I know my username and password as they still denied my access as I could tell they either shut down my account which I didn’t request anything about disable my bank account as regions started to let me down
