Changing banks because of this
When this app decides to work, it allows fraudulent activity and scams to pass through. Despite this company’s “anti fraud” alerts while I am shopping, it doesn’t catch someone from another country spending $2,000+. Not only is this insanely easy to hack, obviously. The app is never working everytime I check it. Constantly loading into an error message. Switching banks because of my experience with this company.

Why is it that the app is not working or available? Usually they let their customers know when they are going to update their website. I’m getting a blank screen…what’s wrong with the website?
CANT LOG IN WITH FACE ANYMORE?
Horrible update and made me go through a lot of hoops I’ve been a member since 2020 of course I wouldn’t have remembered it after having the comfort of using a face key ID. I wish they would’ve warned us all and sent out an email saying just to make sure to write the info down before the change. The customer service is always unhelpful I go to a branch before I even attempt anything digital.

What happened to Face ID and save my password?
The app used to have the ease to access account info, however since the latest “upgrade” has deleted the features one must enter the password each time. If it works fine leave it alone or at least keep existing features.
Portrait vs Landscape
Before the last update I was able to view my info via landscape on my IPAD using a Zigg keyboard. Now it only opens up portrait. I’ve enjoyed the app, now, not so much.

Not working right with iPhone 12
I have to constantly delete my app & reinstall it on my iPhone 12 for the app to work. Also, I ALWAYS check “remember me” when signing in & it never does. Even after entering my complete sign on name & password correctly it still wants to text a verification code to my cell. It’s like an act of congress to get my balances anymore. Please for the love of Christ get an app that is compatible with all cellphones, this is so time consuming to even have to spend my morning sending in a negative review when I need to log into my bank account to pay a bill, check my balances & get ready to go to my job as a first responder. I’m tired, overworked & dealing with glitches when the main office is in Jacksonville where there are many services you can hire to do a perfect website and mobile app. Get with it First Florida! This is the 20th Century!

Doesn’t work half the time
I’ve constantly had to uninstall & reinstall the app In 2021 due to system flukes and freezes or not being able to log into the app. It never remembers my iPhone and has to text a code to continually verify who I am so It takes awhile to log in just to check my balances.

It’s bad enough we don’t have Zelle in the app already itself and this new update take off the pay anyone option? Unless y’all hid It in the app somewhere because where it’s suppose to be I don’t see It
Keep getting logged out
I have my app set to remember my user ID and Face ID to log in, but keeps logging out causing me to re-login. Please fix!
What use to work doesn’t work since last update
I hadn’t had much to complain about in this app in the past except that card control - Block or Unblock doesn’t work.
But after this last update, I found another thing that I was unhappy about. I always have the box checked for “Remember User Name”. It always worked until this last update. Now when I sign off and close the app, when I go back in, I must put in my user name to sign on. Didn’t expect that and never had to remember it until now. Had to look it up. Please correct so it remembers the user name so it’s one less thing I have to remember.

eDeposit causes app to crash
I love First Florida and the new app design is great but eDeposit is not working. I’ve tried three times to deposit a check to no avail. Even uninstalled and reinstalled the app and tried again—still crashes. Please fix this.
E-Deposits Very Frustrating
Before update, never had problems with e-deposits. Since update, the first one I tried four times before it accepted it. Today, I have given up after 15 minutes of trying. It is very frustrating and unacceptable.
This app is much better!
Love the new stuff! Edeposit is easier now! Love that I can transfer to other accounts.
Newer features than before
Apple Pay is a good addition to an already good product. If you are having problems with it, try removing it and reinstalling. This has worked for me in the past.
Update: They have done an amazing job at adding new features. I don’t know if many things I would need to log onto a computer for. I can do practically everything from my phone.
