“Oops! something went wrong, A system error has occurred. Please try again later” When I login it says I have to answer security questions. The app is useless and I’ve not been able to login for maybe a year at this point. I have to use the website to do anything. It’s lame and I’ll probably ditch this bank entirely since they don’t take their tech/app seriously. Edit Here we go again, can’t login. It was actually working for a month or so, and now with the latest update it goes into a security question loop ending with cannot login.
Update - it’s been years. I decided to download the app and try again. Same exact problem. It does not work still.

Don’t love the app
I don’t know how many times a year I have to delete the app because it just won’t function correctly. The most frustrating one for me is the Face ID to sign on. It just does not work at all. I don’t feel the app has enough Information. I usually have to go Google what the APY rate is because I don’t know where to find it on the app. But you have to use the app to make external transfers so I have no choice but to continue to download it again

Consistent & Accurate
I’ve had this app since 2012 and I’ve only had maybe 2 times that I found an error and I was able to have them fixed right away. I keep checking everyday for any possible fraudulent charges so the app allows me to go anywhere and still be able to check my accounts easily. The app is very user friendly! I would recommend this app!

Latest Update Crashed Log-In
The latest update to this application (today) does not allow me to log in. It asks to receive text confirmation code and then crashes.
Good app but..
I like this bank. This app is simple and does what it’s supposed to do but lately it is very unpredictable. I have to keep linking my outside accounts. Currently it is duplicating my accounts. Now I have 3 savings and 3 checking accounts. I hide them but keep coming back. I transferred money through Zelle from another back to FF but it doesn’t show as even been received. I even got the email from FF confirming the deposit.
