My needs are simple, and this app does what I need. It has been reliable through the years, that I have been using it.

Need to be able to move the blocks around in the Home Screen on the desktop
Online deposit needs work
Mostly the app works well. For example billpay works as it should. But online deposit rarely works right the first time. Today, for example it rejects one deposit for lack of "For Mobile Deposit Only" even though that exact phrase is there written plainly in fine point Sharpie. Another is rejected because the amount detected is different than what's entered even though it's entered correctly.

First Harrison Bank App
I’ve used the app for a long time and think it works really well, but now it doesn’t allow me to use my Face ID to open it. That is a big inconvenience to me. Please get that fixed. If that worked I would give you a 5 star rating.

I love this app. It makes it so easy to transfer money in and out of different accounts. I love the updates It will send to my phone. I love knowing that everything is safe and secure and everything is just a click away. I really love that I can deposit checks from the comfort of my home. Wonderful.
