I have so much trouble logging into the app. I reset the password and when I think its going to work it just disappears!

Trying to log in the app. But crashes every time!! Please update app. Otherwise is better to rely on the website.

What a rip off
I thought his would be an easy way to manage my insurance policy and make payments on the go. As I went to make a monthly payment of $108, they ask for acknowledgment that I would be charged a service fee. I’m thinking a couple bucks. Turns out it is $25. What a gouge. Promptly deleted the app and will send a check instead.

I do not seem to have a password and I see no way to get one or to select "Forgot Password".
