Absolute junk

Just like most experiences with this bank, it’s sub par. App blocks copy and paste. Which means “for your security” these morons believe it is safer for you to write your complex passwords on a piece of paper that you carry around, then type them in one character at a time, on your cellphone, instead of doing the INTELLIGENT thing and using an encrypted password manager. WOW. Of note: the only review higher than one star IS FROM AN EMPLOYEE OF THE BANK. Pathetic.

App crashes instantly

App quite literally doesn’t run. Opens for 2 seconds and then crashes immediately Without ever giving u a chance to use the app

Second, please make sure you are using the most updated app by checking the App Store to see if there is an update. I use this app every week, and I find it easy to navigate. I use Bill Pay and love how easy it is. I can also transfer money between my accounts and my kids’ accounts very easily.

Seriously?

Worked great with older iPhones (6S Plus) though after upgrading to an 8 Plus, log in is slow and sketchy at best.
