So annoying
Always locks my account even after using the correct password, causing me to have to make a new one. Then won't let me even make a new one so I have to physically go into a First New York bank to have them reset the password for me
Might be the worst app in the App Store
If I were to say this app works 50% of the time, that would be generous. It has gotten to a point to where I am debating on getting a new bank. Mobile app never works, online banking is rarely available. Not sure what is going on with the devs, but it is wild how often online banking is unavailable. Incredibly frustrating.

Went from alright to genuinely horrendous
Before the recent update, it was honestly fine. Yeah the ui was a bit outdated but almost all the time it worked and did what it needed to do for a mobile banking app but now, I can’t even stay logged in on the same wifi, with location and all being on because of this cloud-flare verification which bugs out 99% of the time if your on cellular data or reconnecting to a network needing to restart the entire app even when you click the box to verify. Genuinely wants me to switch banks after they up-charged me on interest on my credit card because they merged my local bank into theirs. I would rather have an app that looks ugly, but does the job and don’t need to login every time I wanna pay off my statement on my card. Genuinely, find some actual developers you can count on, most indie game developers can do better on a mobile app design and functionality. Get a grip on your app, instead of putting money into your fancy building design for your bank, put money into the app design and functionality. Functionality over design.

Interest rate?
The new app doesn’t show how much interest was taken from my credit card payment. I’d like to know how much interest was taken.
Online banking
I absolutely love the online banking system. I can make transfers and check my account regularly. Please keep up the great work and services.
Too many inconsistencies
Too many pop-up windows, have to slide over to make a deposit, which is the only reason I use the online, very poorly designed, should be rethought out!
Lacks real time updates. Days behind transactions
Cannot depend on balance because it’s days behind. Has cost me money.
Excellent banking app
I do most of my banking from the app. It is also an efficient tool to monitor my banking accounts. It is a great time saver.
Please fix imaging issues
