Banking Customer

The new update will not allow me to access the app anymore. As a patron of well over 20 years, Should I not have the ability to access the benefits to the bank I have trusted in all of these years? The one answer I can provide, is that I will not be forced to buy a new phone to use an APP. Which is pretty much the position I’m put in atm. Smh
