Site needs some work. Down too much; can’t review accounts or have a number to call for information
bank is ruining our Xmas… literally!
CHRISTMAS SHOPPING… this bank is ruining our Xmas… literally! 4th time calling bank before 5pm. NOW after 5pm, UNABLE TO REACH BANK or any customer service AFTER 5pm/ APP WORTHLESS…. We will be closing our account soon. (Super nice people at local branch though…)
Not broken don’t fix
My old app had worked perfectly for years. Now, having to download this new app, I cannot get into my account in an emergency situation. This is not good.

Locked out for weeks
TouchID doesn’t stay. I’ve been locked out of my app for weeks. Tried getting ahold of someone at bank. Will go by there today. ☹️
Been great but....
This app has been working great in the past. However, now it will not let Touch ID stay activated no matter how many times it is set up. Even tried deleting the app and starting from scratch.
