The old app was way better
Login issues, clunky to use now and sometimes transactions that used to show up immediately take days to show up or outright disappear sometimes

The app is so terrible constantly crashes, constantly locks you out of your account, it’s been so bad I’ve had to close my account and switch banks
Log in is frustrating junk
I have this set up for Face ID but every single time I still have to type my password and even then it’s saying my password is wrong and it is not so I type it again and same thing

FSB could take some notes from other banking apps, such as the JPM app, which is brilliant and way more detailed. Also FSB app doesn’t allow for memos as reminders what a transaction was about, and this new update won’t even open on my iPhone! I have to do banking, and now I can’t because it made me update! Very frustrating!

Worst bank app ever. It’s always down. Constantly says can’t log in. Website is always having issues too. Seriously considering changing banks after over 30 years because of all of the issues with the app

I can’t even count how many times I’ve gone to log in and the app is down. It’s down again right now. And so is the website. Sorta defeats the purpose of having it. Update. And it’s down again.

Sign in bugs make this app unusable. I can only log in through the website after two calls to customer service.

This app gives you a lot of error messages or crashes, need improvement.
Worst login and interface ever
If your decision to use a bank based on their app, and I know that this is important to me, then don’t bother. This is one of the worst, least dependable apps I’ve ever used. Login is a major pain and I am having forever issues with their photo program when depositing checks. And finally, their deposit limit for checks is only $5k. My other banks are $25 and $50k check limits. Finally they charge higher fees when you don’t use an account a lot!

FACE RECOGNITION IS USELESS!!
What good is it to have face recognition when the only good it does is to let you inside the app. And then when you go to do anything in the app you have to type in your stupid password. It is the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen in my life. And the worst thing about this app!

I’ve been with FSB for almost 10 years now and it’s really awesome to have these modern conveniences. The quick access, Responsiveness and delivery is very awesome!

used to love this app but after i left the state and tried to use this app it shut me out and disabled my account. no matter what i try this app refuses to let me back in. and it's not the bank account, i fixed the earlier issues and am able to access it on my computer. such a disappointment.
