Bad performance- bad application
Poor login. Never seems to remember my device. Often fails in ID or Password for unknown reasons. Very very frustrating and poor experience for customers
The worst app change.
The old FSB app was far superior & have never been so disappointed by an app change. The layout is unfavorable & the check deposit portion is almost impossible to use. We no longer have an option for flash on the camera, when making a deposit. Holding your phone over the check cast a shadow & makes it difficult to get a decent picture. Now the app won’t log me in or just buffers & buffer. I tried different wifi, uninstalling & reinstalling the app, but nothing changed.

New App is horrible
I’ve had nothing but problems with the new app. I’ve gone into the bank MULTIPLE TIMES I’ve called customer service MULTIPLE TIMES. It’s fixed for a minute and then I can’t get in again. It’s not just my iPhone. It’s all three iPads also so it’s definitely not user error!! Wasted so much time and energy….FRUSTRATING!!! IF I COULD RATE THIS A ZERO I WOULD AND I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS.

Liked it Better Before
Not very user friendly. I understand new things will have glitches, but this has not been a good change. Prior transactions were listed by date with each transaction of that date below it. Now each transaction has its date with it and are muddled together. Don’t care for this layout. I also had a full week of my logins being rejected due to an error. Then I needed to delete the app, download again and set up again. Then after that I had an odd error where my account balance was not what I had on record from days prior, marked a significant discrepancy, then two days later I logged back in and noticed more in the balance. When I went back to the day I saw the last issue and the amount under the transaction was what it should have been the prior time. So for some reason my account showed less money and then it returned for whatever the error was.
It has not been a good experience sine these changes have been made.

Liked it before
I don’t really like it. Half the time the current balance is right and half the time the available balance is right. I have no idea how much is in my account. It seems to change back-and-forth.
Massive downgrade
New app is form over function. It looks prettier but takes 3x longer to load, and lately won't even log me in (just spins forever). I'm literally in the digital banking industry and would lose my job if I converted to this. I'm curious to know who the provider is so I can avoid them at all costs.

The old app was so much better. The functionality of the new updated app is horrible. It takes longer to load and is more difficult rather than simple to utilize

I prefer the app before this version its confusing and very slow to load sometimes change is not always better.
