Wasted my time
They offered an incentive to take a virtual primary care appointment before the end of the month - sounds awesome! The 18th rolls around and they send me a text at my appointment time saying that I missed my appointment even though I was sitting with my phone in front of me waiting for the call. They send me a link to reschedule for next month instead, nullifying my chance for the incentive. I call customer support and they say “there’s nothing we can do”. Absolutely CLASSIC waste of time for everyone involved, I never would have scheduled if they hadn’t offered me a gift card to begin with.

Terrible app
How does this app have so many positive reviews? The UX is garbage: 1) it won’t let me add more than one drug allergy 2) i can’t set up Face ID because it says it can’t verify my password after I’ve tried typing it and pasting it multiple times. 3) any time you enter text, there’s this weird pop-up that has a white dot and a second dot that’s black check mark - just strange UI

The time from answering the questions in the app to the phone call the the RX called in was 5 min! AMAZING!!!! Where has this been all my life?!!? I am a busy working professional- I avoid the doctors office because it takes so long…. but now I will use this ALL THE TIME!!

Quick Service Turn-Around
I wasn’t feeling well and was contemplating on whether to go to the urgent care near me. I knew I had First Stop Health so decided to give it a try. After completing my pre-requisite questionnaire, a doctor contacted me in less than a minute and provided me with his service. In a few minutes, doctor’s visit was done with meds sent to the pharmacy. I couldn’t be more grateful because I didn’t have to drive to the urgent while in pain.

First thoughts of first stop
It is helpful, had one small misunderstanding with getting some medicine filled but it’s just a learning curve, and I’m sure this service is going to be extremely helpful to me and my family in the near and distant future.

First Stop is Always there!
First stop is my go to for me and my children. I love that they are always there in time of need with only being one call away.. absolutely wonderful, professional and courteous doctors thank you guys for what you do!

teladoc is better
my employer switched to FSH for 2026. two months in and i literally cannot stand it. the terms of service/privacy policies are sketchy, and their check in guidelines are overly strict, but the experience is the worst part. i waited TWO hours for “urgent care” to call me back. i stepped away from my phone for a second after hanging around for hours. i missed the call by a minute and there is no option to call back. with our previous service i received care usually within ten minutes, never more than thirty. i could also call back if i missed the provider’s call. FSH forces you to enter another visit request and start the process over. this is very arduous with their wait times and hoops. the pros of FSH are that its free to me, the app is very well designed and easy to use, and the third party providers can be competent.
