I kept my account with 1st Service
I used to work at the Hilliard branch for about 5 years and I loved it. When you created the new page with the photo check deposit I was a little worried since I am not tech savvy. But it is fabulous! I live in Florida and kept my account because I was familiar with how it works and I am so grateful for a credit union that makes things so easy.

Check deposit
Depositing a check at this credit union is actually easier than depositing a check at my account at a different credit union I really like this feature
Screwed up
Before the “update”, I could see balances in all of my accounts when I was arranging transfers. Not any more, though, which is a MAJOR flaw. The soi-disant dashboard can’t be set up so that my opening page has the information I am accustomed to having. You took an app that worked pretty well and screwed it up. Thanks for nothing.

Mobile App good to bad..,,
Same complaint as reviewer on this site ! Asks to update each time you use it!! Get it fixed it’s much more non user friendly!

Tech users this is more complicated and aggravating.

Why do you need to change what works. Now I can’t get back into my account. It keeps telling me to update. I went through the whole process then tried to go back into my account & a message comes up to update my account. So I irritating. Going back to writing checks. Now I tried to put my nickname several ways & a message tells try another name because the name is taken. I tried other names that also failed I would like to say I only have one NICKNAME. Who made this mess????
