About

Tap your score. Keep walking. FirstCut is a golf scorecard built for the way you actually keep one: glove on, one hand, standing on the tee box. Big buttons, no menus, nothing to set up between holes. Start in seconds. Play a course you've played before and it's waiting for you — pinned, searchable, one tap. Somewhere new? Find the courses around you, search 24,000+ by name, or enter a card by hand in under a minute. Pick your tee and go. Score without looking twice. Strokes and putts sit under your thumb. One tap logs a birdie, par, or bogey. Undo takes back the last thing you did. Score for the whole group on one phone. Up to four players, nothing for your partners to install, no accounts for them to create. Your card survives the round. FirstCut keeps the round on your iPhone as you play, so a crash, a force-quit, or a save that doesn't go through never costs you the scorecard — anything outstanding is sent the moment you're back on signal. Finish clean. Totals, front and back nines, putts, and the full hole-by-hole grid. Share a scorecard image straight to Messages or Mail — in a group round, one traditional card with everyone on it. Recently completed rounds stay a tap away if you need to look one over or fix a score. Features: • One-phone group scoring for up to four players • Large, one-handed stroke and putt controls • One-tap birdie, par, and bogey • Find the courses near you, no typing • Search 24,000+ courses by name • Add any course by hand — pars, hole count, handicaps • Saved courses with pinning, search, and archiving • Tee-specific pars and yardages • Undo during the round, score edits after it • Automatic recovery if the app is interrupted • Recently completed rounds, tappable to review • Shareable scorecard images, including group cards • Stats that build themselves — scoring trends, putting, accuracy, and records • Track putts and fairways, or turn them off for a faster round Free. No ads, no subscriptions, no in-app purchases.

What's New in FirstCut Golf

1.0.5

Your stats are here. FirstCut now turns the rounds you have already played into a picture of your game. Scoring average and trend, putting, greens in regulation and fairways hit, how you score on par 3s against par 5s, how you hold up on the hardest holes on the card, and your records — best round, lowest front and back nine, fewest putts, most birdies, longest par-or-better streak. Nothing to set up. It builds itself from your scorecards. Share it. One tap turns your stats into a clean FirstCut card for Messages, Mail, or Save Image — the same way you already share a scorecard. Fairways, tracked. Fairway hits now record as you score and feed the new accuracy numbers alongside greens in regulation. Or keep it simple. A new Track detailed stats switch turns putts and fairways off for a faster, score-only round. Those rounds still count toward your scores, and FirstCut keeps the missing stats out of your averages instead of guessing at them. Quick score, quicker. The row is now Birdie, Par, and Bogey — three wider targets, each with its own tone that rises in pitch as the score improves. On par 4s and par 5s it fills in a fairway answer for you, and you can change it. And two fixes: course search and nearby course matching work again, and your recently completed rounds now sort by when you finished, so your latest card is on top. Free. No ads, no subscriptions, no in-app purchases.
