Charged for trial period
Signed up for three day trial period and was immediately charged for the whole year. Took a
Photo of a piece of chocolate, which it identified as cheese and completely underestimated the calorie value, so I have no faith in the product. I have requested a refund for the year long fee that I was falsely charged for. We will see if they respond/ refund.

AI recognition results can be affected by factors such as lighting and object shape, potentially leading to food misidentification and inaccurate calorie estimations. The trial period fee was most likely due to an auto-renewal option being selected by default during the subscription process; this type of authorization is often easily overlooked. Hopefully, the platform can process your refund request promptly. Please share the results once you have them!
Not as accurate
I do notice it often under calculated calories and over calculates protein. Fortunately I can edit the macros but ideally it would be nice if it was closer to being accurate

Wrongfully charged
I was enjoying the app but money soon became tight so I cancelled and deleted my account and I see that they charged me 43.89 and I can’t even get back into the account. They charged me the minute after I cancelled my subscription and I’m in the process of disputing it but still not happy.

This is the best app ever in the begging i though it was just another little tiny step but it’s really motivating and helped me a lot lost so much feel so much better and still eat great around the food that I want

Can’t even start using
I cannot make it past my goal weight. I entered my current ht and wt and went to put in my goal wt, it tells me it must be lower than my current wt, which it obviously is.

I used to be a 230 lbs but now am a 20lbs l went form eating food on the couch with my dog pomp pomp and now l eat on the table like a normal person also my husband came back every single day l also use to bark like a dog for money and now l go to the club party for my life PARTYYY
Dumb.
My weight is 232lb and it asked for my target weight and I wanted to put 150lbs and it said my target weight should be lower than my actual weight.. no matter how much lower I went , it didn’t work so I went higher and I ended up with a target weight of 210???? Very confusing.

I use it to track calories everyday. Pretty helpful to keep track of my meal. I now use it to track my fitness as well, the new app features are very helpful in tracking my day to day fitness routines. Also I love the streak feature too. It makes me wanna exercise even more! Overall I like it a lot!

Expensive
I initially thought this app was free. And when I found out it was not I was willing to pay. But 9.99 each month for an ai scanner to maybe not even accurately measure calories is INSANE. these prices are ridiculous and literally you have to pay for everything on this app and doesn’t even tell you that before making you do the quiz. Just use MyNetDiary at this point.
