Freezes when loading

Works well when it doesn’t freeze but most times I am unable to view my data because the dashboard keeps loading and freezing

非常棒，UI漂亮简洁，功能丰富。我有一些建议
1. 手表⌚️应用的呼吸训练增加震动提示，这样就不用盯着手表了（也许其它人不用盯着）
2. 手表⌚️应用可以增加一些漂亮的挂件（Widgetw），我知道很你健康App都有，这样我就可以自己装饰表盘
3. App 更换图表，虽然我不知道这样做有什么好处
4. 一个小问题打开仪表盘时偶尔会提示未找到数据，刷新就好了。这可能不是App的问题

I like the content very much. Basically, everything you need is covered. It would be better if we could add a function to record defecation similar to recording water intake.

No widgets for an overview and no free trial to see if it even fits my needs

There aren’t enough relevant widgets for an overview to read in context with my strength training and cardio widgets. There’s also no free trial to even see if premium fits my needs.
