Dislike new update
With the new version 4.0.0, Spotify pauses every time workout instructions play now. I have to swap screens to continue my play, then swap back to the Fit with Jen app to continue my workout, every time it goes to the next exercise, it pauses my music. This interrupts the flow of my workout. Previous versions of your app mixed audio correctly. Hopefully app developers can restore the ability to play voice cues over music.
Currently looking into other fitness apps to continue my journey with. It’s unfortunate as I really did enjoy this app! However, it’s become annoyingly inconvenient.

App, Workout & Nutrition
This app has it all laid out for you. It takes all the guess work out of what you should do each day. This is my first challenge I’ve done and it won’t be my last one. Jen is an amazing trainer. I’ve followed her for years just never did a challenge until now. The workouts are great, the nutrition plan is great she said you can change things up if you need to. She works with through the whole thing and I love that she is right there with us. We have a live call twice a week as well. You won’t regret signing up!

Outstanding programs and nutrition!
This app is great! I love that my workouts and corresponding nutrition plans are in the same app! It really takes the guess work out of the experience. I’ve worked out for years and never really saw results in my body composition until I started following Jen’s programs. The workouts are diverse and challenging as Jen has a vast repertoire of exercises she incorporates. Also I’ve learned how DIET is crucial to seeing results. The recipes Jen has are very tasty, and easy to make. I encourage everyone and anyone to join one (or more) of Jen’s challenges, I’ve learned so much and benefited from the healthy habits I’ve established all with the help of Jen and her app. Thanks Jen and Team!

Love this app
This app is absolutely amazing and everything you need in one place. A plus is Jen will do challenges throughout the year to give you information on how the body works and how to fuel it. I highly recommend doing at least one of those. But definitely do them all if you’re up for the challenge. If you’re ready to start your wellness and fitness journey this is a good place to start.

Game changer
This app and all of the challenges have absolutely changed the game for me. It is flawlessly easy to follow along with the workouts and meal plans. I dropped beachbody and random gym classes because of the guidance I get from this app. Highly, highly recommend!
Amazing
I joined this app a little over a month ago for one of Jen’s challenges and I’m so happy I did. The app and program is structured so I can easily follow the meal plan and exercise videos. She is also so full of knowledge and really helps you understand health from within and how to reach your goals.

Easy to follow
Love this app and working out with Jen! The app and exercise is easy to follow and has everything you need. The recipes are Awesome and I appreciate how the daily meals are there with macros already done for you! I would definitely recommend !
I would choose this over and over again!
Multiple programs to target what you want. Recipes are great and so much to choose from! Can alternate serving size to make for self or for family. Exercises are unbelievable! App is so easy to use and very informative.
Jens app is amazing
I am lucky to have won access to a challenge with Jen Caudill - and am now an app lover! Jens (more than just interactive) workouts and challenges provide women with the amazing opportunity to be a part of a community that inspires, supports, and educates everyone involved. I encourage people of all fitness levels to try out this app! I’m very thankful for my opportunity and know there are lots of other people out there who can benefit from the structure of this app! Side note: I have done several other apps and love this one the most BY FAR 😃

Rise up challenge
I love this app and the 6 week challenge was great! You won’t be disappointed as Jen is very knowledgeable, and gives clear instructions! App is easily maneuverable.
So helpful, worth it!!
Everything you need is right at your fingertips- all you have to do is follow through and take the actions. If you have any app issues the tech team is SUPER quick to respond and fix it and get your access back on track within the day.
I am beyond Happy
I joined one of Jen’s challenge and I am so happy I did! Her recipes are seriously so good! I loved them all…. But ooooh! The pancakes!!! To die for! Everything was easy to make! The exercises were great! I lost a few lbds and inches! This program gave me the motivation to keep going with a healthy lifestyle after the challenge. Everything was literally on the app! Jen and her tram were also so helpful!

This is the first challenge I’ve done where I felt like the creator really cares about all the women and wanted to teach them about food and hormones to help them be successful! It was amazing!

This is a great workout app. It’s easy to use, plenty of workout plans to choose from and great meal plans to compliment the workout plan you choose and the team is extremely helpful and quick to respond if you need them. I can’t recommend this app enough!
Love this app
I’ve only just done 2 of Jen’s programs so far but I have loved them both. I’ve done many programs from different people and she is by far my favorite. This app is definitely worth the money and I will continue to do her challenges and programs.
