Best exercise app I’ve used!

Tried so many fitness apps and this by far has been my favourite. Love the workouts, so easy to follow and the recipes and meal plans have helped me to make better choices with good. I feel fitter and stronger than ever!

Best and funniest fitness app

Fitb*tch is actually a fitness app that I can’t wait to do each day - even on my holidays (and that never happens). The app is really well thought out, there’s little motivational messages and the exercises are fun with funny commentary to boot! Great having so many plans to dip into and the nutrition recipes are super easy to follow. Love love love my FB ❤️💪

Enjoying the new app

Love everything about Fitbtch. The ethos and realistic targeted workouts for us midlife women to be able to fit into our busy lives. The new app is great- easy to navigate and follow the plans or swap to another plan if you need to. Even has a timer section so if you don’t want to follow the video you can do the plan without. The nutrition hub is so easy and has loads of variety of very tasty recipes. It’s the first time in my life I have actually followed a workout plan and stuck to it!

Love it

I love the Fitb*tch programme, and I love the app even more than the website. So easy to use. And I’ve been sticking to workouts which I’ve never done so consistently before.

Brilliant app for lazy btches

I am a very reluctant exerciser but know I need to do more as I age. Love the progressive courses, the fun nudges and the fact I literally don’t have to think about what to do and when. Takes all the excuses out… mostly ;)

Option to pick and choose workouts?

Please can we have the option to pick and choose workouts? I can’t manage 4 in a week but can do 2 or 3. It would be great to be able to choose which ones. At the moment you can only unlock the next one when you’ve completed one. Thanks!

Response from developer

Hey ChattySue! If you go to the 'Workouts' tab but select 'Workouts' again in there (at the top, not 'Plans'), you can select any of our workouts without being in a plan! Hope that helps!
