The workout plans, progress tracking, and nutrition features are all excellent, very useful, and well-organized, providing a complete fitness experience. Navigation and usability are smooth and intuitive on both mobile and desktop, making it effortless to explore the app and track progress. The pricing is fair and the free trial is perfect for trying out all the features. Overall, I am completely satisfied with FitDad; it is motivating, well-designed, and an excellent app for dads who want structured workouts, nutrition tracking, and a seamless fitness experience.
