DO NOT GET THIS APP
I would give zero stars if I could. First on the website they promote that first timers could sign up for free and then when I went to sign up they charged me $16.79 and then tried to get me to pay for another subscription that was over $40. Second I emailed the support team about cancellation and a refund when they emailed me they asked for a reasoning for my cancellation and I told them I found another app that worked better. It’s been 3 days and I’ve emailed twice (yesterday and today) and have not gotten a response at all.

Calisthenics
The workouts are good but there is no real warm up and occasionally the exercise will change but they don’t tell you that it has changed you only notice because the music changes (I don’t watch my phone all the time when I’m working out)
A trap
There is no unsubscribe option and the “contact us” link is broken.
One workout per day
The app made me do the intro twice and I couldn’t proceed to the next workout. Now I have to wait until tomorrow until I can do the next workout. I do not like that the app constrains you and limits how many workouts you can do per day.
Fraud
This system does not allow you to cancel subscription. When I clicked on contact us, it goes to a page that says it does not exist. I tried to cancel my subscription. The instructions it gave me do not exist. When I go to the profile to look for subscription, it does not exist. The reason why I gave it one star is because it would not let me upload my comment without clicking on at least one star. I did send an email to support. Hopefully this will work.

I signed up for this and the username and password I used did not work. Called tech support and they tried repeatedly to help resolve but nothing worked.
I asked for a refund. Was told that they could not help me, but would send communication to the company. He also said that the policy was that I had to keep the account for 2 weeks before a refund would be considered. He cancelled any further billing on the account.
Received email from the company asking to send a screenshot. I replied that the only thing on the screen in the app was my username and password. The email also said that the refund would be considered after I had the actor 2 weeks.

Not worth it. Don’t sign up
Tried to contact on app. Not possible says error, emailed and no response. Used words like menopause weight loss, but actually nothing different than free apps you can get. I can’t cancel subscription

I was surprised at how I felt the work out in my muscles the next day. I just wish the sessions were a little longer and that you could go back and repeat prior days.

Confusing App
I did not like this app at all. When I tried to unsubscribe, it was impossible to even tell my payment status. Also, when I click on “Contact Us,” I get a “404 Not Found” error. What a mess of an app.
Make unauthorised charges - AVOID
Paid for 12 weeks in early July, made note to cancel in good time (September) before next charge, if I didn’t want to continue, but they tried to take 3 separate payments from my card yesterday (31st July) totalling £84.66!
