Worth less
When you sign up for just one month why the hell does the app goes into auto mode and why the hell you don’t show that on app, App it self not worth it unless you pay additional for additional services, base app features :- you can use timer or reminder that works well.
Rubbish app
This is not great for a beginner!! Too fast through the exercises & the ‘contact us’ section takes you to ‘a page not found’!! Money back please?
Gaps
The practice is good but sometimes there are gaps in the commentary and it would be good to have a bell to alert to the next exercise

Do not download this app or pay any subscriptions! I paid an initial £15 for 1 month and didn’t even use the app. They then took out another £40 for the next month that I didn’t ask for. I’ve tried calling and emailing multiple times trying to cancel but all I get is them replying with we can pause it for 1 month! I just want to cancel my subscription PLEASE!!!!!

Questionable Practices
Wanted to cancel, but the contact us and cancel your membership pages on the app were conveniently unavailable. Sent 4 emails with no response and finally had to threaten to call a lawyer to cancel. SIX emails later, after them trying to offer deals to keep me, they finally agreed to cancel

Zero stars!!!! Ive been trying to cancel this all day via email and every time they come back offering to “pause” my subscription. Literally requested 3 times to cancel!! Whatever you do, DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!!

After numerous requests, Fitflow will not cancel or refund subscription. They keep offering counter offers. Totally unacceptable. A rip off company. Do not buy anything from them.

This is a scam. Cancellation not possible. Managing the subscription through the app fails (page not found). Managing the subscription through your profile fails (refers to contacts). That’s no coincidence.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have been trying for a week or so now to cancel this service because I will never use it. They are not trying to cancel my membership or give me my money back instead they are consistently trying to make me keep the subscription by offering a pause in membership that automatically renew on its own EVEN THOUGH I’ve stated at least 20 times I just want to cancel, will never use the service, and want my money back. They are ridiculous to deal with! Stay away from this app!! I will be reporting it !!

Not great
It was not very helpful. I was better off following YouTube videos. The exercises are very monotone, not a lot of explanation on how to do the exercises and does not give you alternative positions depending on your level of fitness. In my opinion, it is expensive for what it provides.
Can’t log in
This company has taken my money and I can’t even log in to the app. Can’t access support as there is a 404 error. Want my money back.

They keep trying to charge me $55+ and I have asked for my subscription to be canceled many many times and they keep responding with and extension and attempt to charge me!!!!

Lose your money with this app
It will be very hard to stop subscription. You do not have the option to stop subscription. The company has to stop it, but you have to communicate by calling through website that you want ALL subscriptions canceled. They will communicate that you only want one specific plan turned off, make sure you listen and ask if ALL subcription plans will be canceled because they will leave one and continue to charge you.
