This system does not allow you to cancel subscription. When I clicked on contact us, it goes to a page that says it does not exist. I tried to cancel my subscription. The instructions it gave me do not exist. When I go to the profile to look for subscription, it does not exist. The reason why I gave it one star is because it would not let me upload my comment without clicking on at least one star. I did send an email to support. Hopefully this will work.

Make unauthorised charges - AVOID
Paid for 12 weeks in early July, made note to cancel in good time (September) before next charge, if I didn’t want to continue, but they tried to take 3 separate payments from my card yesterday (31st July) totalling £84.66!
Not working for couple days
App is not working for couple of days already showing server maintenance. Tried to cancel subscription but does not give the option so be advised when paying anything to this app.

I would like to cancel my subscription with immediate effect and request a full refund for the payment that was taken from my account today.
I tried to cancel my subscription before the renewal date, but your website did not allow me to access the cancellation option, so I was unable to cancel it myself.
As I did not intend to continue my subscription, I kindly ask you to process a full refund and confirm that my subscription has been cancelled so that no further monthly payments will be taken from my account.
I have also noticed that many other customers have reported experiencing the same issue, stating that they were unable to cancel their subscriptions before being charged. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate it by reporting it to the relevant consumer protection authorities and, if necessary, the police, as I believe these practices may be misleading.
I hope this can be resolved quickly and amicably, and I look forward to your prompt confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled and my refund has been processed.

Don’t use, they say they will get back to you within 24 hours, it took me 4 emails. And then they haven’t listened to my request. They have taken my money even after cancelling. Going to report them

Poor service. Downloaded for a trial period. Decided it wasn’t for me and cancelled and deleted the app. Still took a months money. Contacted them and they have said they have cancelled my subscription. But they kept my money.

Worth less
When you sign up for just one month why the hell does the app goes into auto mode and why the hell you don’t show that on app, App it self not worth it unless you pay additional for additional services, base app features :- you can use timer or reminder that works well.
Rubbish app
This is not great for a beginner!! Too fast through the exercises & the ‘contact us’ section takes you to ‘a page not found’!! Money back please?
