Love this and get great results!
Good for beginners
I like how the app shows you how to do the workout. I like how it changes as in not every Monday will be leg day etc. keeps your body moving and guessing. What i don’t like is as you get experience and you don’t cycle all the way thru all the workouts till it says workouts done, that same workout will be there the next day and you can’t skip it. You can do a different days workout but you’re always a day behind on the app.

Won’t Restore My Purchase
I paid for a lifetime membership when the app first started out. Last time I got a new phone it transferred. This time it won’t and wants me to pay again. Put in a developer ticket for it and got no response. The response from this review was to take it up with apple for a refund. It’s not an apple issue. It’s a developer issue who refuses to answer the now tickets that have been put in because they know what I paid for a lifetime subscription is what they charge for a fraction of a year now and want more money.
