Love this and get great results!

Good for beginners

I like how the app shows you how to do the workout. I like how it changes as in not every Monday will be leg day etc. keeps your body moving and guessing. What i don’t like is as you get experience and you don’t cycle all the way thru all the workouts till it says workouts done, that same workout will be there the next day and you can’t skip it. You can do a different days workout but you’re always a day behind on the app.
