I love this app already and I just got it, I love that it is free, and very very personalized.

Too hard

This started off great as a chair workout but when that finished I could only choose exercises that were far too difficult for someone in the seventies. Not the best app.

Fake bad thief

You pay for the subscription after downloading, and then it asks you to pay all over again. Unreliable app, I don't recommend it at all!"

A total con.

It made me fill out loads of info, made me think I would get a plan for £22, I agreed, I was billed and you want another £15 per month and the original over 50’s plan has disappeared. This is a total con. Beware.

Impressed

I was looking for an app that links with my Apple Watch & health app to create a progressive fitness plan, that is customisable. So far, v impressed with its simplicity and will stick with it! Have bought a year subscription & looking forward to a fitter leaner version of myself. Have to add in that I need to monitor and slowly pace my progression due to a thyroid health condition - and this app supports that, whilst still being motivational to keep exercising regularly & build slowly. (I am sure you can also hit your fitness hard too!). Fully tailored. Like Ai coach too :)

환불받고싶습니다.

어플 다운로드 받기 전에 23,700원을 결제를 하고 다운받았는데 앱 자체에서 연동도 안되고 이상해서 찾아보니까 아이폰 앱 구매영수증에는 무료라고 뜨는데요. 환불 가능한가요??

Не покупайте

Тренировки составлены непонятно как. Планы не адаптированы под человека. Просто набор несвязанных упражнений. В одной тренировке может быть 40 упражнений по 20 секунд.

Еще и женский аватар для мужчин тренирует.

Крайне не рекомендую. Выброс денег.

환불요청

결제금액 이상하고 들어가보니 구독결제 던데 구독 취소는 하였으나 환불이 안되네요 계정은 벌써 삭제했는데 앱스토어로 결제한게 아니라서 구매처 고객센터로 문의해야 환불가능하다고 하던데 환불 바랍니다.

Insane charges

I got the monthly subscription only to open the app and it has diffrent payments for every feature around 22$ for each feature a month do not get this app
