Great workouts for middle aged man
App designed and updates a workout designed specifically for me…I have lost some weight and toned up considerably. Also greatly increased flexibility and eliminated joint pain.
So easy to use!!!
I love this app!!! I use it everyday as if I’m texting my trainer. I have all my meals and workouts mapped out and I never have to think about what to eat or what to work out that day. Not to mention if I’m not feeling it one day the AI coach will alter the plans to make it work better for me!! Obsessed 100/10 recommend!
