Best results

I have tried training with a trainer, by myself , and in a group but this app has given me the best visible results. I can see definition in my arms, legs, and stomach which is not easy after a 100 lb lose.

A barbell set

States 60 reps @ 2.5kg. I thought it was excessive but did it then a warning displayed that you shouldn’t do more than 24

Love the app

I have tried various free trials of apps and this is the only one I have then gone on to buy. Well worth it. Exercises are challenging and increasing. Can really see the difference from when I started. The only thing I would like to see improved is the animation how to do an exercise. The fixed point makes it difficult to determine what angle to move sometimes.
