Great app. Very good AI responses to program tweaks and tips. Feel much more confident that I’m doing the right exercise at right intensity. No more aimless wandering around machines in the gym. Love it!

Worthless!!!

Do not do this!!!! If you delete the app make sure everything is cancelled. I haven’t had this downloaded for months and then all of a sudden get a charge of over 100 bucks when I thought everything was cancelled. And now I’m out that money for a years subscription of which I will not use since I haven’t used this app in months but apparently there is nothing they can do about it! This app will rip you off!!
