Add Feature

The “Add” feature in the home workouts placed before the first superset is useless and serves no purpose. The ‘Add’ feature should be positioned under each exercise to allow the user to create the proper workout that aligns with the users needs. Please consider this update. Also- mentioned in the pass for the home workouts, the weight poundage should be shown when lifting. Please consider this as well. I love this app, it just makes it difficult when I have to create the correct exercises for my goals. Thank you

Motivating

Finding the prompts to work out motivating and enjoying having a plan and being able to control the length of workouts. Good mix of cardio and weight training in each workout too. It’s early days of trying to be consistent but enjoying it so far.

Overhype

Constantly freezing and calorie counting doesn’t seem right - all over the map with calorie guesses in comparable workouts. Not sure it’s worth the money.

Wow

An out-of-this-world experience. 🤩

It’s ok but lazy. They’ve improved slowly

You still don’t have a voice guidance when you choose GYM training. And I’m missing exercises variety.

Simple and functional, haven't hit a bug yet

Quite helpful, I am fitter every day. The app makes it easy to stay consistent with my workouts and track my progress. It’s simple to use and genuinely motivating.

Excellent App

Demonstrations, very accurate suggestions and adapted to your reality as well as to your goal

Takes out the guess work

Very happy with the interface, and the data tracking

Nice concept but app is buggy

I would appreciate an app like this if it works properly for me, this app is extremely buggy mainly because any Wrong click End a workout in session during the session without allowing it to continue, also there is no ability to switch super sets off during session

Very Pleased

I’m a person that loves to workout but just aren’t sure if proper form or how to focus on certain areas. This app is doing all the things for me. Being able to pick out your trainer and being able to adjust breaks and exercises is top tier. I also love the chat bot. Yes indeed. It’s a YES for me. Gold Button.

Easy to use fitness app

You can fully customise this app to make your own workouts and it’s great with reminders and tips for motivation. Only thing is it’s not a complete suite of exercises so I can’t always find the one I’m doing.. but there a loads of options so I improvise

This keeps me more motivated than going to the gym

I hate working out in front of people, so I enjoy using this app from home. I already had dumbbells and other equipment at home, so the app made it easy to choose my workout type and the kind of exercises I want to do

So far, so good!

I really like the workouts the app is building for me. I’ve incorporated this app in combination with my 5x5 strength training program and really trying to become superhuman!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely changed the way I train

I started strength training about a year ago along with my GLP-1 journey. As a lifelong cardio person, I had no idea what I was doing, felt self conscious in the weights section, so I first used an expensive virtual coaching program and in person hours at the gym to build the habit.

Once I had the basics, I wanted something more flexible and sustainable — and Zing has been IT.

It gives me personalized workouts, lets me choose my equipment, workout length, and location, swap exercises, follow clear demos, pause when needed, track progress, and even connect Spotify. Probably does way more than I use for.

Honestly, for anyone who NO longer needs human oversight and reinforcement, Zing gives you EVERYTHING you need to keep going. Flexible, smart, easy to use, and worth every penny.

Building my Superman look

The workouts are reasonable. You just have to keep at it to build flexibility

Great app, missing something major

Everything about the app is great. However it’s missing one major part. The workout don’t include any calf exercises. Leg days on the app skip that muscle group all together so you need to manually do your own calf exercises if you want those to be hit

The personal trainer who never sleeps

I love being able to use this any time. You can modify workouts, ask for snack ideas, save workouts, etc. Works great.

Good workout, but freezes often

Freezes mid-chat or doesn’t update heart rate until mid workout. Also find a lot of repetitions of workouts, sometimes back to back which doesn’t allow muscles to rest or recover. Strange prompt notifications after completing a workout to complete another one. Lots of glitches.

SCAM

IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL. Beware.

Consistency
