Works well when it doesn’t freeze but most times I am unable to view my data because the dashboard keeps loading and freezing

The slew of updates and improvements is awesome! As a bonus, the updates with clear descriptions remind me to reengage with the application, which is a huge plus!

Everything I Need in a Health App
I absolutely love everything about this app. From the widgets to tracking water & caffeine—I’m finding that I open this app multiple times a day to see where it is tracking my sleep and stress. I love that I can share it with my family. Best investment ever.

So far this is the best fitness app I have ever used. The app is very smooth and did not notice any lag.
Very comprehensive data
I like the content very much. Basically, everything you need is covered. It would be better if we could add a function to record defecation similar to recording water intake.
No widgets for an overview and no free trial to see if it even fits my needs
There aren’t enough relevant widgets for an overview to read in context with my strength training and cardio widgets. There’s also no free trial to even see if premium fits my needs.

This app is absolutely AMAZING!! I was considering purchasing an oura ring to get the insights that come with it but when I heard you had to pay the monthly subscription I immediately started looking for free alternatives that I could use with my Apple Watch! This app did not disappoint! I have been using the free version for a month so far and am seriously considering buying the lifetime subscription (I LOVE that that’s an option) and I have literally never paid for an in app subscription in my life! The insights are terrific and I feel so much more in tune with my body and my schedule! The only thing I wish is that I could change the color scheme in the app! I live for aesthetics and the rainbow scheme just doesn’t really do it for me lol!

This is hands down the best health app I've ever used on iOS. Beautifully designed, clean, and responsive. Plus I swear I discover some new depth every time I open it (which is quite often now)! The attention to detail is almost unbelievable!

After connecting with the Developer regarding a bug, we had some great email exchanges and a swift update resolved the issue. The app is amazing and the Developer is extremely responsive and helpful.

Exactly what I was looking for
This paired with Steply by the same developer has replaced my desire for a fitness ring, my Apple Watch and the various workout apps I use are able to sync seamlessly with both!
