This app is charging me weeks and not give you the option to cancel the payments, I tried two weeks to cancel payment and doesn’t stop, the app doesn’t have the option to delete you credit card and they continue charging you without stop.

Fitstop is a unique gym that brings group fitness to a new level. The app is easy to use and allows me to book into sessions and track my progress.
Frustrating and faulty app
I downloaded the new version with apparent bug fixes etc last week and have not been able to log into the app at all to book classes or see where I’m at in terms of the unstoppable series and my goal measuring. I expect the app to be working and to be able to log in and book into classes and when I tried to email support at Fitstop they reply to say sorry we can’t help contact the gym owner! The app is not controlled by my gyms owner it is controlled by Fitstop and there needs to be a contact point to address the issues. My error message is ‘Failed to validate the minimum version please check Internet connection’ when I’m connected to Internet. Yes I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and did all the tricks! Nothing is working and I can’t use it at all!! What is going on?

It’s ok
The app gets the job done in terms of booking and the timetable but it could have added features like seeing what the workout is and who will be in the class/coaching it.
It stole me money
It took money from my account after 5 weeks I went to the first class, I didn’t even finish my free week before I had to stop going for my job schedule, the trainer and the gym won’t give me any solution about my money, I don’t understand how this app is running and just suddenly taking money from your account.

Book on app to train anywhere in aus!
Would be amazing to be able to book into any of the Fitstops anywhere in Australia on the app with out having to pay additional costs to your membership or having to message them on insta to get a spot. I have two Fitstops in my town, less than 3km apart and it’s too much of a hassle to book via instagram just so I don’t have to pay extra.

Reminders still missing
Since an update earlier this year, I have really been missing the class reminders the day before a class. Wrote a review when it went missing and was told it was being “looked at”. Several months and a few updates later it’s still not fixed. Was one of the best things about the app

Best functional fitness
Best functional fitness hands down. I love FitStop Burleigh. The only app request I have it to be able to sync with my Apple calendar so when I book it show there too. Thank you. 🙌
Love the app, but bring back our data
This latest update is awesome - now able to book adhoc visits to another Fitstop gym when away on holiday, is great!
One negative though, why can we not see performance metrics that have been recorded in previous challenges? Doing my 3rd challenge now with Fitstop and would really like to see my progress from Day 1. But after the last 2 updates, historic performance metrics have been removed.

No sound to daily sweat videos
I love fitstop. It’s such a supporting welcoming community. I am writing this review as recently in the app the daily sweat and flexible videos don’t have sound.
Love it but….
I really love the ease of booking my classes, but if I could improve two things…a way to see your week’s booking summary on one page and when you have booked, it is a different colour to the green of available, so it stands out. Hubby wants to be able to slide through days rather than click on days at the top

A Clean and Clear app
I’ve only competed one session at FitStop, however I am extremely impressed with this clean, fast and user friendly app.
Minimal steps to sign up in-app, simple to book and payment via Apple Pay. Unheard of!
Congrats on this app, it honestly makes me want to train as a result of the smoothness of my signup experience.

Fitstop Bundall has been a lifesaver
I would 100% recommend signing up for the Bundall Fitstop as Olivia is by far the best! Always keeps you motivated and has the best attitude you can’t help but smile along with her. Olivia and Fitstop are everything you never knew you needed during lockdown. The functionality of the app is great and have had no issues with connection or following the workouts. You won’t regret joining.

Great fitness family and user friendly app
Fantastic online fitness platform! So good to work out with our trainer in front of us and be able to see some of our Fitstop Coolum family raining at the same time. Almost like we are at the gym together. Really user friendly and simple to use. Love it!

Two way camera is the best!
So great that I can not only see my trainer, but they can see me. I can also see the rest of the crew yay are working out. Motivates me more!
Mental health savior
Becoming isolated during covid-19 is really scary, the gym has always been my safe place. We are now interactive with our gym, we can watch and perform the workouts together, interact and chat with our friends and be monitored and pushed by our trainers. This is more than just working out at home, we stay connected with our crew!!

Same class, different location!
Transitioning from the gym to the app was seamless and it worked amazingly straight off the bat. It’s awesome to have the real-time encouragement from both the trainer and the other members and I’d recommend this app to anyone wanting a solid workout that they can do in their own home.
