Charged after having cancelled
I canceled this account months ago, and yet I just was charged through my PayPal. Apparently they do this a lot, looking at the reviews.
Purchase regret
Got, wasn’t impressed, tried to cancel but I had a year paid for , forgot password so never used, tried to get new password, no response. Even though canceled still kept billing for next two years and can’t get on account

No way to contact
I received a notice I was automatically renewed through PayPal. When I tried to actually open the app, I was being asked to make a payment. I could not access the app without paying a second time. I did not wish to renew; there was no way to contact them.

These people are shysters. No way to cancel auto renewal on the app. Email is ineffective and as soon as you are charged and ask for refund, they say this is electronic product and no refund is given. Even though it was done on the same day.

This app is terrible - can get the same content for free - all they care about is getting you on autopay - no communication- cancelling is impossible and act like they are doing you a favor - don’t waste time or money when so much better options are available

Sadly I tried this app last year. It was not a fit for me; I tried to cancel it immediately but couldn’t find a way to edit my subscription. I was billed for a year that was not used; I was charged for a second year and yet could not find out how to cancel it is not on apple apps function like all my other app subscriptions. Contacting their customer service was nothing more than a bot service telling me nothing could be done. I just care about my customers more than that. Auto reply informal emails and locked in charges that are unclear and difficult to edit—just not a business model I would ever recommend.

Total Scam
They charged me for 3+ years worth of subscription ($37) at once 3+ years AFTER I downloaded the app and decided it was useless. I turned off auto-renew, and they turned it back on. Do not sign up for this!
Regret!!!
I don’t even have an account set up, but they still managed to get my money $73.16 from PayPal even though I tried reporting a case file, which they stated there was a billing agreement that was set up with Fitter. I did NOT authorize any payments and am now out $73!
I emailed them first about this but got the usual reply back that they would get back to me in 24hrs.

Do not sign up for this app
There is no way to unsubscribe and when you ask for a refund the day of a charge the response is too bad the terms and conditions say no refund unless you find a flaw. To me this is a flaw. Reputable companies notify before renewing and make it easy to cancel and get refunds when the service has not been used especially if you ask the day of the charge. Stay away there are better apps with more ethical companies.

No customer support
Gets 1 star bc i can’t give it 0. Misspelled my email address on the last step while signing up. I’ve never received any communication from the company bc of this. The app has no way to contact customer support. I’m just charged periodically for a membership of an app that i cannot seem to cancel

Buyer Beware! Unethical business practices!
I am not one to usually leave bad reviews but this company has pushed me to do so. I hope my review helps warn others. I used the app 3 times. I did not find anywhere in the app to cancel the app or charge. I was not notified of any renewal charge. When I contacted them immediately after finding my account had been charged, I was told they do not give refunds because it is a digital purchase. That is nonsense, they have record in the app of how the app was used 3 times over the initial month (6 months) of subscription. Because I have no record of their policy I have no recourse. This company completely scams people. Don’t purchase this app.

Terrible!!
This is the worst app ever!! I’ve never used it yet they still charge me and won’t refund my money. They are crooks, and it seems impossible to cancel a subscription. Truly terrible humans that run this company.
No communication
I would give zero stars if I could! Normally with apps you will receive an email or notification before they take the money out of your account! Not this one. I don’t even use it and they charge automatically with no option to cancel. Don’t get sucked in people!
The worst
Cancelled my subscription and they still took $60 from my AppleId which is connected to my credit card! Disputing with my credit card company!
Horrible app and company.
This app did an unauthorized deduction from my PayPal account. I didn’t know what Fitter did. I contacted them for a refund. They did partially refund me. It’s the principle of the thing. Totally unprofessional. I see from the reviews that I ‘m not the only one this is happened to. Disgusting. Do Not get this app. I consider this a theft at this point. If I could give it zero stars I would.
