Play with our friends

Wish there was a way to add our friends to play with us , not some strangers but family and friends

Was enjoyable until ads

I enjoyed just being able to play a regular 11 round game with NPCs. Then I started getting advertisements regularly instead of only when I wanted to get a joker in the quest mode.
Unfortunately the ads take way too long and take the enjoyment out of it. App deleted.

Great game

I absolutely love this game! I’ve noticed a few bugs, such as when it gave me an extra card once. However, overall, it’s very enjoyable. Suggestions I would love to see multiplayer mode added to the game at some point.

Ads

Love this game been playing for about 2 weeks now, I’ve had no problems with ads not even one then all of a sudden today I’m getting ads in between rounds and it makes it rly annoying to play
:( hopefully they can make it so the ads are at the start of a level of something instead of in between rounds

Progress of game

Why do I have to delete app and reload after I get to the castle? Seems wrong.

Same card? Different levels?

My family has played five crowns since it first be came a card game. I can play it blind folded, so when I start seeing the same game over and over on a different level makes me wonder what is happening. I've also noticed the computer bots don't always make the best decisions and end up getting more point then they should. Card games are better with real people but if you need something to play, this will do.

Five Crowns review

Absolutely love this game but the game speed is so slow that it takes so long to finish a round. Would play this everyday if it wasn’t for the computer speed. This is the only issue the game itself is fantastic. Please change game speed 🙏

Response from developer

Hi Thanks for the review! We can work on balancing the game speed. We have a wide variety of users so its hard to find the perfect speed.

Good but needs work

It’s great to finally have Five Crowns, grateful for your work to bring it to us, but it needs some work. Sometimes it does not score correctly (ending a three-card deal with 18pts but charged 35pts or similar, have seen happen several times), when your advertisement comes up there should be a no-thanks/exit from ad instead even if you download the advertised ad you still can’t move on in the game, have to kill the five crowns app and restart it, there should be a haptic rattle when its Final Turn if you cannot hear or have volume down - easy to miss the little flag when focused on your cards/strategy, and agree with another review… need to have a way to abandon and start over.

Good, but frustrating at the same time.

I love 5 Crowns! My husband and I play it all the time with friends. We have gotten so many people to play and love the game. I was excited to see a true version that I could play on my phone. I have been playing it for a few days and I am finding it a little frustrated by the way the game mechanics work. There needs to be an opportunity to lay your cards down after you have discarded. I keep discarding and then realizing I forgot to lay down and there is no way to fix that even if you have cards to put down. The flow of the game makes it very easy to do this. A prompt to lay cards down before discarding or something would be helpful.

Less is more

It’s fun but overstimulating. I want a version without all the animations. I just want to play the game without having to look at so much on the screen

Ad issues

It’s a good version of Five Crowns, but the ads are broken. All of the game-related ads give no option to watch them and then exit out after a certain amount of time. You end up having to close the entire app out and restart, which interrupts your progress. It all feels predatory. Thankfully ads not related to games don’t do this.

Updates

The game needs to be updated more often. I have finished the current kingdom and am waiting for new levels.

Too Many Ads

Don’t bother. You will get a steady flow of ads, often between hands. They hook you by no ads to begin. Then, more and more. It’s difficult to get a game played with ads between hands. Do better.

Kingdoms

I love this game! My family has played the card game for years and we were excited for it to come out as an app. Are more kingdoms coming? I am all the way through the existing ones. Great job!

Ads

It might actually be playable if not riddled with advertisements.

More improvements!

I’ve always loved this game, now digital as well as physical! I’ve had it almost since it came out here. They improved things I didn’t know needed improvement recently, then today it updated again and fixed my few complaints all at once!

Multiplayer

Overall really enjoying the game!!! But I would love a multiplayer mode so I can play with my wife!

Pretty good

It’s actually a fun game to play. It’s helping me win when playing with friends— for money!

Card play

It will not allow you to play some moves, which is weird. I have got two runs and it won’t let me play them and go out.

Bugs

Touch stops responding on one of the initial screens when first playing. If you’re going to market a game and keep it active, maybe it should work?? Deleted.
