Extremely difficult to pay car loan
The amount of circles you need to jump through just to pay your car loan is awful

So Easy To Use
The new FiveStarBank Mobile app is so easy to use to view your account balances and all your banking transactions can be done remotely. I can deposit my checks remotely and am informed within a short time if the check has been accepted for the transaction. I also am informed when my statement is available for viewing so I can balance my monthly transaction sheet. Keep up the excellent work FiveStarBank!!

Need a UX Designer ASAP
I use this app to pay my car note and every month I have to figure out how to do the same thing over again. Confusing navigation. Nothing is intuitive.

Not a fan
Not user friendly. Doesn’t display loan information in a way that is pleasing to the eye. I’ve had the opportunity to have apps for multiple financial institutions for various reasons and this is the worst app I’ve used. Looking to refinance just to have an app & financial institution that is more user friendly.

Overall the Five Star mobile banking app meets the majority of my banking needs. I would like to see more creative idea brought into the mobile banking. In other words push the envelop and technology to new limits.
