I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Been looking for an editor for my publication & the first interaction was just — unhelpful , to put it plainly. Js didn’t care to help me at all. I’m confused about not being able to call or video call on the app ? For an e-commerce communication platform where you strictly want all communication to be done within the app , you should be able to call to expand on details & have clear communication w/ your client within the app (?). The second interaction — my bf & I are convinced — was just AI (Which I’d also been consistently requesting we don’t use during any point of the process.) Then when I got my edited article back , they upcharged me $20 for making literally bare minimum editing. Like swapping “water” for “H2o” & claiming you improved readability bruh. I wanted to believe her , but my bf urged me to use AI to check if it looked AI-ed (paradoxical ik) & the timestamps were pasted into the document simultaneously along w/ instructions for the bot in her notes. Yes , I’ll def pay $30 for that , thanks ! Fiverr so far has js been unhelpful , therefore 2 stars.
